The Company was informed that on 19 October 2023, that on the same day, Mr David Hansell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has exercised in aggregate 25,000 options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The exercise of options is being satisfied by the transfer of existing Ordinary Shares which are held by the employee share option trust. Accordingly, Mr Hansell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares has increased by 25,000 and now comprises 33,000 Ordinary Shares (8,000 Ordinary Shares are held by his wife), representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).
