Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company announces that it was informed on 22 February 2016, that the beneficial interest of Mr Michael Bell, Executive Chairman of the Company increased following the purchase of 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 February 2016 by his wife from Mr David Pyle, a non-executive director of the Company, at a price of 196.0 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Bell's beneficial interest in the Company (which includes that of his wife) is 4,885,173 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 29.2 per cent of the current total voting rights of the Company and Mr Pyle's beneficial interest in the Company (which includes that of his wife and children under the age of 18) is 1,790,359 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.7 per cent of the current total voting rights of the Company.
