Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed on 15 February 2016, that Mr Michael O'Connell, Finance Director of the Company, on 15 February 2016 undertook the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):

·     Transferred 50,550 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding into his SIPP at a price of 197.5 pence per share;

·     Purchased 9,410 Ordinary Shares for his ISA at a price of 199.0 pence per share; and

·     Purchased 2,345 Ordinary Shares for his daughter (who is under the age of 18) at a price of 199.0 pence per share

Following the above transactions, Mr O'Connell's beneficial interest in the Company (which includes that of his wife and children under the age of 18) is 1,541,040 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.2% per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
