Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed today that the following directors have made certain transfers in respect of their shareholdings in the Company.

Mr Michael Bell, Executive Chairman of the Company, today transferred 36,410 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his ISA and has also transferred 33,415 Ordinary Shares from his own self invested pension plan ("SIPP") to his wife's SIPP. These transfers were made at 205 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these transfers, Mr Bell's beneficial interest in the Company (which includes that of his wife) remains unchanged at 4,835,173 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 28.87 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.

In addition, Mr David Pyle, a non-executive director of the Company, today transferred 20,670 Ordinary Shares to his ISA and 20,550 Ordinary Shares to his wife's ISA. These transfers were made at 205 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these transfers, Mr Pyle's beneficial interest in the Company (which includes that of his wife) remains unchanged at 1,840,359 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.99 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
