Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed today that the wife of Mr Michael Bell, Executive Chairman of the Company, today transferred 8,020 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into her ISA (the "Transfer"). The Transfer was made at 190 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the Transfer, Mr Bell's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 4,835,173 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 28.9 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
