Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company announces that it was informed that Mr Michael O'Connell, finance director of the Company, today transferred 80,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP (the "Transfer"). The Transfer was made at 205 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this Transfer, Mr O'Connell's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,515,510 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.05 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
