The Company announces that it was informed yesterday that Nicholas Bell, an executive director of the Company, purchased 32,090 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 192 pence per Ordinary Share yesterday.  In addition, Nicholas Bell also transferred 2,985 Ordinary Shares previously owned by him into an ISA account in his own name at the same time, and also at 192 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following the purchase referred to above, Nicholas Bell's interest in the Company is 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.60 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
