Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce that David Hansell has been appointed to the Board of MS INTERNATIONAL plc on 3  June 2014 as a non-executive director.

David Hansell has retired from his position as managing director of MSI-Defence Systems after more than 50 years in the business, having started his apprenticeship in 1962 and at some time or other serving in the majority of positions in the Company.  We are pleased to retain his experience in the Group.

We have appointed a new managing director of MSI-Defence Systems, joining us from a senior position in the defence equipment industry.

Save as set out in this announcement there are no further matters to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of schedule 2 or Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of Mr Hansell.
