AGM

Micro Focus International plc ("Micro Focus", LSE: MCRO.L), the international software product group, will be holding its AGM at 3.00 pm today. Kevin Loosemore, Executive Chairman, will provide the following update on trading at the AGM.

"Trading in the current financial year to date has been consistent with previous management guidance, namely that the group's total revenue for the year ending 30 April 2017 is expected to be in the range of flat to minus 2% on a constant currency basis when compared to the pro-forma performance in the 12 months ended 30 April 2016 of the combination of Micro Focus and Serena Software Inc. which was acquired on 2 May 2016."

Micro Focus will announce its Interim Results for the six months to 31 October 2016 on 14 December 2016.
