On August 23, 2012, MM Geschäftsführungs GmbH, Hannover, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on MS Industrie AG, München, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
January 26, 2012 and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to
0 Voting Rights).

The MM Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG has formed with the MM
Geschäftsführungs GmbH a unit company. Because of this formation of the
unity of society MM Geschäftsführungs GmbH aren't allocated any shares
pursuant to § 22 WpHG anymore. The voting rights of MM Vermögensverwaltungs
GmbH & Co. KG from June 15, 2012 is still valid.
