On July 18, 2011, Mr. Christian Dreyer, Austria, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
GCI Industrie AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE005855183, WKN: 585518 have
fallen below the 15% and 20% limit of the Voting Rights on July 18, 2011
and on that amount to 13.10% (this corresponds to 3799448 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 13.10%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3799448 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr. Dreyer by the company Dreyer Ventures & Management GmbH.
