On February 06, 2009 , Mr Dr. Andreas von Aufschnaiter, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
his Voting Rights on GCI Management AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005855183, WKN: 585518, have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights
on February 03, 2009 and now amount to 11.37% (this corresponds to 2343360
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 3 of the WpHG, 7.24% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1491408 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr von Aufschnaiter.
