On August 18, 2009, ACP Capital Limited, St. Helier, Jersey, Channel
Islands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on GCI Management AG, München, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005855183, WKN: 585518, have exceeded the 25% limit of the Voting
Rights on January 29, 2008 and on that day amount to 29.05% (this
corresponds to 5700000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 18.36%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3602707 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Perseus Holdings Limited.
