PROFIT WARNING SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 4 February 2020 (the ‘‘Announcement’’) in relation to the profit warning of the results of the Company for the nine months ended 31 December 2019. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to further inform the Shareholders and potential investors that, based on the preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the Period and assessment of the information currently available to the Board, the Group is expected to record an unaudited consolidated profit from operation for the Period of approximately HK$3.0 million, as compared to profit from operation of approximately HK$9.5 million (excluding non-recurring listing expenses amounted to approximately HK$7.3 million) for the same period in 2018, representing a decrease of approximately 68.4%.

As the Company is still in the process of finalizing the unaudited consolidated results of the Group for the Period, the information contained in this announcement is only a preliminary assessment by the Board based on the latest information currently available to the Group, and is not based on any data or information which is finalized or reviewed by the audit committee of the Company. Actual financial results of the Group may be different from what is disclosed in this announcement. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read carefully the announcement of the Company in relation to the results of the Group for the Period which is expected to be released after the Board meeting to be held on Friday, 7 February 2020.
