Re: Execution of Sasak Transaction

MRG is pleased to announce that it has executed a formal Share Sale Agreement with the shareholders of Sasak Resources Australia Pty Ltd in order to give effect to the proposed transaction announced to the market on 15 March 2013. MRG has also executed a Technical Services Agreement and Project Generation Agreement on the terms outlined in the previous announcement.

Completion of the transaction is subject to and conditional on shareholder approval. A notice of meeting will be sent to shareholders shortly.
