It is further informed that the Record Date for payment of Second Interim Dividend, if declared, will be Friday, 19thFebruary, 2021.
We further inform that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window has been closed from 1 stJanuary,2021 to 13thFebruary,2021 (both days inclusive).
