This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on Thursday, 7th May, 2026*inter alia to transact the following business:

1) To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2026.

2) To consider declaration of Final Dividend, if any.

We further inform that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window has been closed from 1st April, 2026 to 9th May, 2026 (both days inclusive).
