Mr Bricolage SA joins Nyse Euronext compartment B
On 24 January 2011, Mr Bricolage SA will join Nyse Euronext compartment B, which groups together issuers with a market capitalization in-between € 150 millions and € 1 billion (market capitalization calculated on the basis of the opening price for the last 60 trading days of the year).
This transfer (from compartment C to compartment B) rewards the 2010 dynamic of Group Mr Bricolage, which became, since end 2009, the third-largest French DIY retailer, with around 600 stores in France.

Mr. Bricolage is France's third-largest DIY retailer (around 600 stores in France), and following the acquisition of the Briconautes Group, has a presence in 10 other countries (51 stores). The group operates over 1,600,000 m² of retail space under the Mr. Bricolage, Catena, Les Briconautes and Les Jardinautes brands. It also has 250 affiliates. With more than 12,000 employees, the group's networks represent total annual turnover including tax of some €2.1 billion.
