PRESS RELEASE Mr.Bricolage appoints Fabio Rinaldi as Chief Executive Officer

Orléans, France, November 25, 2025 at 5 :45pm CET – The Board of Directors of Mr.Bricolage announces the appointment of Fabio Rinaldi as Chief Executive Officer. He will take office on January 5, 2026.

Starting in January 2026, Fabio Rinaldi will visit stores across the network and meet with the Group's various entities, in order to engage with members and teams, and support the launch and implementation of the Puissance 1000 strategic plan.

Didier Julien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mr.Bricolage SA, will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer until Fabio Rinaldi takes office.

A solid career dedicated to transforming specialized retail

Fabio Rinaldi, 58 years old, brings more than thirty years of experience in the building materials sector, electrical equipment and specialized retail networks, both in France and internationally.

He first built his career within the Legrand Group and its subsidiaries:

• Legrand (1991–2004 and 2014–2016), where he successively held the positions of Product Marketing Manager, then Marketing Director in Turkey, and finally Sales Director and member of the Executive Committee of Legrand France, overseeing the P&L for France;
• BTicino (2004–2010), a Legrand subsidiary, where he served as Managing Director of two subsidiaries in Peru and Egypt;
• Groupe Arnould (2010–2013), where, as Sales Director for France, he played a role in preparing and supporting the subsidiary's integration with its parent company Legrand.

Since 2016, Fabio Rinaldi has been Chairman of the Management Board of BigMat France, the leading European network of independent building materials distributors, where he played a key role in structuring the product offering, strengthening commercial performance, and enhancing network relations.

This background gives him extensive knowledge of independent networks, relationships with member-owners, and strong expertise in the building, DIY and home-improvement markets.
