Strengthening of the management team to underpin the Group's development

Mr Bricolage SA announces the strengthening of its management team, to reflect the new scale of the Mr.Bricolage Group following the acquisition of Briconautes, to continue pushing forward with its strategic plan and to give itself every chance of achieving the targets set out in the Ambition 2011 plan.

Guy Beghin becomes General Manager of the Briconautes Central Unit (Le Club)

Given the challenges involved in integrating Briconautes into the Group, it was decided to appoint Guy Beghin as General Manager of the Club (Central Purchasing Unit for 350 Briconautes and Jardinautes branded stores and affiliates), from Q1 2010. Guy Beghin will continue to be a member of the Executive Committee of Mr Bricolage SA.

Appointment of a Deputy CEO alongside Jean François Boucher

Jean-François Boucher retains his position as the Group's Chairman and CEO but will henceforth be aided by a Deputy CEO, François Gazuit. The latter will take up his position on 25 January 2010 and will join the Executive Committee. He had to recently been CEO of Intermarché, after having been COO France for Fnac.
