Sydney – 28 September 2012 – Tag Pacific Limited (ASX: TAG) is pleased to confirm that completion of the Integration Proposal occurred today.

MPower is now a 100% owned subsidiary of Tag and approximately 23 million new Tag shares have been issued today to the MPower minority shareholders.
