COMPLETION OF SOLARIS ACQUISITION

Sydney – 15 November 2010 – Tag Pacific Limited (ASX: TAG, NZX: TPC)

Further to the ASX announcement on 21 October 2010, Tag Pacific Limited is pleased to advise that completion of the purchase of 100% of Solaris Technology Pty Limited by MPower Group Pty Limited took place earlier today.

Solaris Technology Pty Limited will be consolidated into the Tag Group results from 15 November 2010.
