MPOWER TO REPORT HALF YEAR REVENUE OF $7M

Sydney – 1 February 2021 – MPower Group Limited (ASX: MPR)

MPower, Australia’s leading specialist renewable energy, battery storage and microgrid business, today provides this preliminary financial update in advance of its half year results announcement.

While the half year results are still being finalised, the Company is expecting to record revenue of approximately $7 million for the half year. Group EBITDA for the first half is expected to be positive and the group consolidated result after tax attributable to shareholders is expected to be breakeven.

MPower is performing well and benefiting from strong sector tailwinds. Investor appetite for renewable energy companies is building favourably and supported by increased demand from industry and consumers for clean and green sourced energy. The Company looks forward to providing a more comprehensive update on half yearly performance later in the month.
