RESULTS UPDATE

Sydney – 3 August 2012 – Tag Pacific Limited (ASX: TAG) is currently finalising its full year results for the 12 months to 30 June 2012.

Subject to finalisation of the audit by the Group’s external auditor and approval of the results, the Group’s net profit after tax attributable to members for the year to 30 June 2012 is expected to be in the range of $4.0 to $4.3 million (2011: $3.6 million). Revenue for the year is expected to be in the range of $71 to $73 million (2011: $101 million).

Full details will be available when Tag releases its results for the year to 30 June 2012 towards the end of August 2012.
