RESULTS UPDATE

Sydney – 8 February 2010 – Tag Pacific Limited (ASX: TAG, NZX: TPC) is currently finalising its half year results for the six months to 31 December 2009. Subject to audit review and finalisation and approval of the results, the Group’s net profit after tax and minority interests for the half year is expected to be in the range of A$1.5 million to A$2.0 million on revenues of approximately A$39 million. In the prior corresponding period the Group’s net profit after tax and minority interests was A$0.5 million on revenues of A$46 million.

The results include fair value movements of the Group’s investment in iSOFT Group Limited.

Tag Pacific Limited expects to release its half year results for the six months to 31 December 2009 in the week ending 26 February 2010.
