REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Tag Pacific Limited (ASX: TAG) ( Tag or the Company ) refers to its letter dated 22 November 2018 pursuant to which it requested a voluntary suspension pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising by the Company.

Tag requests an extension of the voluntary suspension of the Company’s shares with immediate effect.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2:

• (a) Tag requests the extension of the voluntary suspension as it is in the process of finalising a proposed capital raising by the Company;

• (b) Tag requests the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement to the market and the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 29 November 2018;

• (c) Tag is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be extended; and

• (d) Tag is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
