APPOINTMENT OF CEO AND CFO

Sydney – 14 August 2012 – The directors of Tag Pacific Limited (ASX: TAG) are pleased to announce that Nathan Wise has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and has joined the board as Managing Director.

Nathan Wise has served as Head of Corporate Development since 2003 and Company Secretary since 2006. In that time, he has been responsible for identifying and executing acquisitions, including the recently announced Integration Proposal which will see the MPower Group become a wholly owned subsidiary of Tag. He has been instrumental in formulating Tag’s strategy in the power sector and creating what is today known as the MPower Group following a series of acquisitions and corporate transactions. He was also responsible for executing the sale of the Potter Interior Systems and Comprador Pacific businesses to CSR in 2010 and the sale of the Unique World Group to Jacobs Australia in 2011.

“Following a number of acquisitions in the power sector and the disposal of legacy assets in other sectors, Tag has evolved into a focused vehicle with solid underlying businesses and a very strong balance sheet. I’m delighted to be able to lead Tag as it embarks on this exciting next chapter” said Nathan Wise.

Tag also announces that Darrell Godin has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer following a number of months as Finance Executive with the Group. Darrell Godin spent many years at Investec Bank and is ideally qualified to lead the Group’s finance team.

Darrell Godin replaces John Marinos who has chosen to return to private practice following the completion of the results for the year to 30 June 2012. The board thanks him sincerely for the valuable contribution he has made in many spheres of Tag’s development as Head of Finance in recent years.

Darrell Godin also replaces Nathan Wise as Company Secretary.

Tag expects to release its results for the year to 30 June 2012 in the last week of August 2012.
