The 2020 Annual General Meeting of MPower Group Limited will take place at 10.00am on Thursday 26 November 2020.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 15 October 2020.
In order to facilitate participation by those unable to attend the Annual General Meeting due to COVID-19 restrictions, shareholders may email questions to the company at [email protected] before the due date for proxies being 10.00am on Tuesday 24 November 2020.
