1. Government of Tamil Nadu has offered to sell by auction the Re-issue of 8.08% Tamil Nadu State Development Loan 2028 for an amount of Rs. 1000.00 Crore. Securities will be issued for a minimum nominal amount of Rs.10,000/- and multiples of Rs.10,000/- thereafter. Auction which will be price-based under multiple price format will be conducted by Reserve Bank of India at Mumbai Office (Fort) on January 15, 2019.

2. The Government Stock upto 10% of the notified amount of the sale will be allotted to eligible individuals and institutions subject to a maximum limit of 1% of its notified amount for a single bid as per the Revised Scheme for Non-competitive Bidding facility in the Auctions of State Government Securities of the General Notification (Annexure II). Under the scheme, an investor can submit a single bid only through a bank or a Primary Dealer.

• 1. Interested persons may submit bids in electronic format on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System as stated below on January 15, 2019.
  • a) The competitive bids shall be submitted electronically on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System between 10.30 A.M. and 12.00 P.M.
  • b) The non-competitive bids shall be submitted electronically on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System between 10.30 A.M. and 11.30 A.M.
• 1. The price expected by the bidder should be expressed up to two decimal points. An investor can submit more than one competitive bid at different rates in electronic format on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System. However, the aggregate amount of bids submitted by a person should not exceed the notified amount.
• 1. The result of auction will be displayed by Reserve Bank of India on its website on January 15, 2019. Successful bidders should deposit the price amount of Stock covered by their bids by means of a Bankers' Cheque or Demand Draft payable at Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai (Fort) or Chennai on January 16, 2019 before the close of banking hours.
• 1. The Government Stock will bear interest at the rate determined by Reserve Bank of India at the auction. Interest will be paid half yearly on June 26 and December 26. The Stock will be governed by the provisions of the Government Securities Act, 2006 and Government Securities Regulations, 2007.

This notice is published pursuant to the provisions of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 ("the rules") notified by theMinistry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). ಘನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಪುಟ್ಟಪ್ಪನವರು ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಾವಲು ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದವರು. ಕನ್ನಡದ ಉಳಿವಿಗಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಬರೆದ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ. ಹಲವಾರು ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರಾಗಿ ನೇರ ಬರಹದಿಂದ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಅವರ ಬರವಣಿಗೆ ತೂಕದ ಬರವಣಿಗೆ. ಪತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮವೆಂದರೆ ಸತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪೀತಿಗಳೆಂಬ ದೇವರ ಆರಾಧನೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿರುವ ಅವರ ಬದುಕಿನ ದಾರಿ ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲ ಆದರ್ಶ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸಚಿವ ವೆಂಕಟರಾವ್ ನಾಡಗೌಡ ವಾಚಿಸಿದರು.

ಸತ್ಯಕ್ಕೊಂದೇ ಮಾರ್ಗ-ಸುಳ್ಳರೆ ಹಲವಾರು

ಸಮಾಜಮುಖಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದ ಅವರು, ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಡು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ನಿಲುವಾಗಿತ್ತು ಎಂದರು. ನುಡಿಗೆ ಏನೇ ಧಕ್ತೆ ಬಂದರೂ ಆ ಕ್ಷಣ ಅದರ ಇಂತಹ ಮಹನೀಯರ ಜೀವನಾದರ್ಶಗಳನ್ನು ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರು ವಸಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎದುದ್ದ ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತುವ ಪುಟ್ಟಪ್ಪನವರ ನಿಲುವೇ ಕಂಡ ಡಾ. ಪಾಟೀಲ ಪುಟ್ಟಪ್ಪನವರನ್ನು ಸನ್ನಾನಿಸಿ

ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮಾಜಿ ಸಂಸದರಾದ ಐ.ಜಿ. ಸನದಿ, ಹನುಮಂತಪ್ತ, ಗಾಂಧಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವೊಡೇ ಪಿ. ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮತ್ತಿತರರಿದ್ದರು.

ಯೂರೋಪಿಯನ್ ಇನ್ನೆಸ್ಸ್ ಮೆಂಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಟಿ.ಎಂ. ವಿಜಯಭಾಸ್ಕರ್ ಮತ್ತಿತರರಿದ್ದರು. ಆಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಯೂರೋಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆಸುಮಾರು 3800 11 ಬಿಲಿಯನ್ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇದ್ದು ಪರಿಸರ ಕುಮಾರಸಾಮಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಮಾಲಿನ್ನಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ವಾಹನ ದಟ್ಟಣೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರ ಜೀವನ ಮಟ್ಟ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪಡಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆಟ್ರೋ ಯೋಜನೆ ಸಾಲದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಇಐಬಿ 500 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್

ಮೆಟೋ ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತದ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಇಐಬಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಾ. ಜಿ. ಪರಮೇಶರ್, ಇಐಬಿಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಮರಿಯಾ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ

ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಗೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆರೆಯಿಂದ ನಾಗವಾರವರೆಗೆ ರೀಚ್–6 ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಇಐಬಿ ಅವರು 500 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಯುರೋ ಅನ್ನು ಸಾಲವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಏಷಿಯನ್ ಇನ್ ಫ್ರಾಸ್ಟಕ್ಷರ್ ಇನ್ವೆಸ್ಟ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ (ಎಐಐಬಿ) $\overline{300}$ ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಯುರೋ ಸಾಲ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದು, ಒಟ್ತಾರೆ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ 800 ಯುರೋ ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಸಾಲ ನೀಡಲು ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದ ಅವರು, ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸುಭದ್ರವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇತರೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗಳು ಸಾಲ ನೀಡಲು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ತೋರುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಕೆಲವರು ಸರಕಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅನಗತ್ಯ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಭದತೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇತರೆ ಸಂಸೆಗಳು ಸಾಲನೀಡಲು ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದಿವೆ

ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಗಳ ನೆರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಎಂದರು. ಯುರೋಪಿಯನ್ ಇನ್ನೆಸ್ಸ್ ಮೆಂಟ್ ಮೆಟ್ಯೋ 2ನೇ ಹಂತದ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಅಭಿನಂದನೀಯ ಎಂದ ಅವರು, ಈ ಸಾಲದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ನ ಉಪನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಸುನೀತಾ, ಬಿ.ಎಂ. ಅಂದಾಜು ಮೊತ್ತ 26,405 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ನೆರವನ್ನು ಇ.ಐ.ಬಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಸರ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಆರ್.ಸಿ.ಎಲ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಅಜಯ್ ಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಪೈಕಿ 12,141 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳು _ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಎಂದರು. _ ಸೇಠ್. _ ಮುಖ್ಸ _ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ _ ಟಿ.ಎಂ. ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಾ. ಜಿ. ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ್ ವಿಜಯಭಾಸ್ಕರ್ ಮತ್ತಿತರರಿದ್ದರು.

ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆಗೆ ಯತ್ತಿಸಿ ಗಾಯಾಳುವಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ದಾನ್ದಾಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ತೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಯುವಕನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಹೆತ್ತವರ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮಾತುಗಳ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕಾಳಜಿಯನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಥ– '೯ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಹೆತವರು ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ನೊಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಇಂತಹ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ವೇಣುಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್ಸ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣನಾಗಿದ್ದ. ಟೇಲರಿಂಗ್ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಆತನ ತಾಯಿ ಪದೇಪದೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆತನ ತಾಯಿ ಬುದ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಮನನೊಂದ ಆತ ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆಗೆ ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಧೈರ್ಯ ತುಂಬುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನ _ ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
