Sub: Acquisition of eBECS Limited (a Subsidiary of DXC UK International Operations Limited)

Further to our letter dated 2 June 2023 on the captioned subject, we wish to inform that the Company has completed acquisition of 100% of the shares in eBECS Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of DXC UK International Operations Limited) today, pursuant to fulfillment of the closing conditions.

The information required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding the acquisition were already submitted to the stock exchanges vide our letter dated 2 June 2023.
