Sub: Schedule of Activities for the Buy-back of up to 7,320,555 (Seven Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Five) Equity shares of the Company of Face Value of Rs.10 (Rupees Ten Only) each at a price of Rs.1,350 (Rs. One Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Only) per Equity Share (“the Buyback offer”)

We wish to inform you that the Company has received final observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India, vide their letter dated 26 November 2018 bearing reference number SEBI/HO/CFD/DCR1/OW/P/2018/032296/1 on the Draft Letter of Offer dated 8 October 2018 for the Buy-back offer. In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, the Company will dispatch the letter of offer for the Buy-back offer to eligible shareholders of the Company holding shares as on the record date i.e. 25 October 2018, on or before 30 November 2018.

You are requested to take note of the following schedule of activities in relation to the Buy-back offer, based on the dispatch date of 30 November 2018.
