MPC Capital AG: Successfully sells Lisbon office investment in a very difficult market environment

Hamburg, Germany, July 29, 2013, MPC Capital AG (ISIN DE000A1TNWJ4 / WKN
A1TNWJ) has completed the sale of 'Torre Zenith', an office building with
closing July 25th, 2013, for a total of EUR 12m to a Portuguese investor.

The office building with approximately 12,000 square meters is located in
Lisbon, Portugal, and was managed by MPC Capital for 13 years on behalf of
the closed end Fund 'Europa'.

In total the MPC Capital-Group administers and manages 163 funds with an
aggregated volume of almost EUR 5.4bn.
