Kathryn Baker, Supervisory Board Member of the Company has purchased 10,000 shares on Euronext Growth Oslo at a price of 33.5301 per share through her wholly owned investment company Lakeside AS. Following the purchase, Ms. Baker, with close associates, owns 10,000 shares in the Company.
