MPC Energy Solutions N.V. (the "Company") has today received trade notifications from the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

Stefan Meichsner, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has purchased 1,000 shares on Euronext Growth Oslo, comprising of 375 shares at a price of EUR 3.40 per share and 625 shares at a price of EUR 3.20 per share. Following the purchase, Mr. Meichsner owns 1,500 shares in the Company.
