Oslo, 17 June 2019 - MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company") on 14 June 2019

through open market transactions repurchased 13,853 common shares at an average

price of NOK 26.19 per share. Following the transaction, the Company holds a

total of 251,074 treasury shares.

The shares were repurchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme

announced on 5 June 2019. For further information, please refer to the Oslo
