Oslo, 3 July 2019 - MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company") on 2 July 2019

through open market transactions repurchased 3,000 common shares at an average

price of NOK 27.00 per share. Following the transaction, the Company holds a

total of 309,133 treasury shares.

The shares were repurchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme

announced on 5 June 2019. For further information, please refer to the Oslo
