MPC Container Ships ASA: Share capital increase registered

Oslo, 11 August 2021 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from

MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company") published on 9 August 2021 regarding the

completion of the Company's acquisition of Songa Container AS (the

"Transaction").

The share capital increase in connection with the settlement of parts of the

purchase price in the Transaction has now been registered with the Norwegian

Register of Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the new share

capital of the Company is NOK 444,051,377 divided into 444,051,377 shares, each

with a nominal value of NOK 1.
