MPC Container Ships ASA publishes FY 2020 Annual Report and FY 2020 ESG Report

Oslo, 26 March 2021 - MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company", together with its

subsidiaries the "Group") today published its FY 2020 Annual Report, including

the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility Statement and Corporate Governance

Report as separate sections. Furthermore, the Company's FY 2020 ESG Report has

been published as a separate document.

· Total revenue was USD 171.9 million in FY 2020 (FY 2019: USD 184.7 million).

· EBITDA was USD 16.2 million in FY 2020 (FY 2019: USD 25.3 million).

· Average time charter equivalent ("TCE") was USD 8,102 per day in FY 2020 (FY

2019: USD 8,885 per day).

· Cash and cash equivalents stood at USD 39.3 million as of 31 December 2020.

As at the same date, the Group has an equity ratio of 56.5% and a leverage ratio

of 40.8%.

As at 31 December 2020, the Group has acquired and taken over 65 container

vessels, whereof 57 are fully owned and 8 are operated in a joint venture.
