As a result of an acquisition of 16,588,665 shares of MPC Container Ships ASA (ticker: MPCC) for a net trade price of NOK 1.00 on July 10, 2020, The Mangrove Partners Master Fund, Ltd. held the following position in MPCC, as at close of business July 10, 2020:

20,927,939 shares, representing 5.84% of the issued share capital. This reported percentage of share capital is before the subsequent offering of 35 million shares with record date July 13, 2020.
