As a result of a disposition of 440,490 shares of MPC Container Ships ASA (ticker: MPCC) for a net trade price of NOK 5.77 on December 16, 2020, The Mangrove Partners Master Fund, Ltd. held the following position in MPCC, as at close of business December 16, 2020:
