MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company", "MPCC") announced a private placement on 7 February 2018, in which CSI Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH was allocated 392,000 shares. Following this private placement, CSI Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH holds 10,343,000 shares in the Company, which represents 13.4% of the shares outstanding and voting rights of the Company. As a consequence, the shares in the Company attributable to CSI Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH decreased below the threshold of 15%.
