Oslo, 2 November 2017 - MPC Container Ships AS (the "Company") is

pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire

"HS Liszt" (tbn "AS Filippa"), a 1,350 TEU vessel built in 2008. The

vessel has been acquired at a price of USD 6.2m.

Takeover of the vessel is expected in November 2017, expanding the

total fleet of the Company to 26 vessels. The vessel will be

operated in a 1,300 TEU high reefer pool.
