been notified that these transactions have been completed 24 March 2022, by

primary insiders in MPCC:

Star Spike Limited, associated party and closely associated persons of, among

others, members of the Board of Directors of MPCC, has 24 March 2022, sold

27,500,000 shares in MPC Container Ships ASA at an average share price of NOK

25.00.
