MPC Container Ships Invest B.V. - Notice of exercise of call option

MPC Container Ships Invest B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MPC Container

Ships ASA (the "Company"), has today notified Nordic Trustee AS of its exercise

of the call option for the outstanding bonds in the bond issue MPCBV01, MPC

Container Ships Invest B.V. USD 200,000,000 FRN Senior Secured Bond Issue

2017/2023 - ISIN NO0010805872, with original maturity date 22 March 2023.

The outstanding bonds will be repaid in full at 102.00% of the Nominal Amount

(plus accrued and unpaid interests on the redeemed amount), with settlement date

17 December 2021 (being the date falling 10 Business Days after the date of the

call option notice).
