Notice of Effective Date

Nordic Trustee AS (the "Bond Trustee") is the appointed bond trustee for the holders of the bonds (the "Bondholders") in the above mentioned bond issue with ISIN NO 001 0805872 (the "Bonds" or the "Bond Issue") issued by MPC Container Ships Invest B.V. as issuer (the "Issuer").

Reference is made to the resolution ofthe Bondholders (the "Resolution") in the Bond Issue on 3 July 2020 pursuant to the Summons to Bondholders' Meeting, dated 19 June 2020, and the Addendum to summons to Bondholders' Meeting dated 19 June 2020, dated 2 July 2020, (together the "Summons").

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the bond terms for the Bond Issue made between the Bond Trustee (on behalf of the Bondholders) and the Issuer on 20 September 2017 (the "Original Bond Terms"), the Amendment and Restatement Agreement dated 29 July 2020 (the "ARA"), or where relevant, in the Summons. References to clauses and paragraphs are references to clauses and paragraphs in the ARA.

As the conditions precedent for the ARA to become effective, in accordance with Clause ³ of the ARA, are fulfilled, we may confirm that the Effective Date ofthe Resolution and the ARA is 31 July 2020.
