MPC Container Ships AS ("the Company") has prepared the

enclosed Admission Document dated 26 May 2017 in order to

provide information about the Company and its shares in

connection with the admission to trading on Merkur Market.

Trading is expected to commence on 31 May 2017 under the

ticker symbol "MPCC-ME".

Oslo Børs has reviewed the Admission Document. Fearnley

Securities AS has acted as the financial advisor to the

Company in connection with the admission to trading and
