Oslo, 7 September 2017 - MPC Container Ships AS (MPCC-ME),

through its fully owned subsidiary MPC Container Ships

Invest B.V., is contemplating the issuance of a new 5-year

senior secured bond issue of USD 100 million.

The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be

used for acquisition of additional container vessels and

general corporate purposes.

DNB Markets and Fearnley Securities have been retained as

joint lead managers for the contemplated transaction.
