MPC Container Ships ASA: Resignation of Board Member

Oslo, 24 January 2022 - MPC Container Ships ASA ("MPCC" or the "Company")

announces today the Company has received a resignation letter from board member,

Darren Maupin, who has decided to resign from his position as board member of

MPC Container Ships ASA effective immediately, due to developments on his side

demanding all his available time in the coming months.

The remaining board of directors of the Company, consisting of four board

members, comply with the requirements regarding board composition.

The Company expresses its sincere appreciation to Darren Maupin for his service

and dedication to the Company as a board member since 2017.
