Oslo, 19 June 2017 - An extraordinary general meeting of MPC

Container Ships AS was held on 19 June 2017 at Grev Wedels plass 9,

0151 Oslo, Norway.

The general meeting adopted all resolutions on the agenda, in

particular the issuance of 15,000,000 new shares pursuant to the

private placement announced on 9 June 2017.
