Oslo, 4 December 2017 - An extraordinary general meeting of MPC Container Ships AS was held on 4 December 2017 at Grev Wedels plass 9, 0151 Oslo, Norway.

The general meeting adopted all resolutions on the agenda, in particular the issuance of 30.25 million new shares pursuant to the private placement announced on 23 November 2017.
